Good

The rooms were big. And worth the money.

Room cleaning was an issue. Though we informed and submitted the keys to clean the room, the same was not cleaned and fresh toiletries and towels were not kept. Had to ask them to come and do the cleaning

Good rate but on the end of the beach so you must walk a bit

Super neat hotel that is modeled after a temple. It seemed very large, but very empty. It has a large, well-maintained pool, but nobody was using it. The pool bar was never opened. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The hotel gives off the vibe that it was once a very busy and vibrant place to stay, but has not been used as much these days.

simple, basic, and one of the cheaper options in the area.

An older resort located a few minute walk from the main road on the beach. It is located on the far end of Ao Nang, but close to the best night food market in the area. Its quite easy to get around either by foot, tuktuk or boat. Rooms were clean, nothing fancy, very basic. We stayed an extra night.

A bit run down as it looks like the neighboring resort has taken over and thus both resorts are look the way they do.

Great value for money improvements needed such as pool bar for drink /snacks etc this property has fantastic potenti

Great location and value for money visually breathtaking beautiful old temple

The rooms could have been cleaned to a better standard often towels left outside of door Only coffee provided in room would have liked to see tea available and mouldy shower curtain

Krabi near good beach. Excellent location in an old temple.

We loved the location and the room upgrade to a suite. The room was a good size and the balcony very lovely. Good it had 2 pools as well.

Didn't like check in. No bellboy to help with bags. Breakfast was awful a real joke. Hotel could be lovely a 5 star but now it is run down, not enough staff and done on the cheap. It is a shame as it is an old temple with a fabulous location etc one pool should be adult only a quiet pool as well.

The staff was good and helpful

The photos of the pool were for ayodhya palace while the MW Krabi property was separate and had no direct access to those pools. Also they asked for 4% extra on using a card.

Great location & great value, comfortable but room for improvement

Great location Spacious room Very reasonable cost

Housekeeping was understaffed/not managed well. We stayed 7 nights & our room was only cleaned twice. We did get clean towels left in a bag outside our room though. Breakfast was very basic

A lovely clean hotel may be slightly dated

The hotel was really clean And quiet the rooms were large It's nice having a separate bath and shower

The hotel was little out of the centre of the town There was patchy Wi-Fi coverage and not very fast There were no lifts so if you had heavy cases you would struggle

Good and comfortable

I like that it is just a short walk from the beach. It is also near eateries and places to shop for souvenirs. The price is cheap and its comfortable. Staff are nice and friendly and tried to accommodate to our needs even with communication barriers.

The wifi is quite bad in the rooms. The hotel is quite old i think so some rooms have faulty aircond (less cold). Wished the hotel provide toiletries too.

i am glad i only stayed 5 days

splendid breakfast - value for money and I think the mosqitos had their breakfast too, never seen so many of them, not even at hotels surrounded by water. and in best thai-style nothing is done to prevent it. friendly staaff

staffs English skills need to be upgraded some 75 percent. wi-fi sucks. too many addresses and keys - none working. in all restaurants nearby wi-fi is ok.

Good value.

The property was close enough to the beach and places to eat. Had a nice pool.

Got charged for ‘loosing 2 spoons’ when we checked out even though we didn’t use any spoons and didn’t even go near the tea/coffee/cups etc, even after explaining this staff were rude and just repeated the fine price again.

Really nice swimming pool, having a room in front of it was perfect (it was a deluxe double room). Only 200m from the beach ! A bit far from the “center” but night market about 5min walk away so great !

- The sink was leaking ! So floor was wet, quite dangerous! We call them to fix it but it didn’t work! - Breakfast wasn’t really good, a lot of choices but not fresh ! (Bread super dry !) - THE BIGGER PROBLEM: THE STAFF ! Don’t ask them anything cause they will ignore you, they don’t speak English and don’t really care about the customer service ! If the staff was nicer this hotel would be very nice ! (We had a very good promo but without it I’ll not book there!) This is not a 4* hotel !!!!!
